- Payment: A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or by card. Cash payments have no extra charge. Card payments have an extra charge of 5%.
- Pricing: Prices quoted on our website or in any communication are subject to change without notice.
2. Amendments and Cancellations
- Amendments: Any requests to amend a booking, such as changes to dates or itinerary, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service booked. Please refer to the individual booking terms and conditions or contact us for details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Travel Documents and Insurance
- Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for your destination. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities or embassies for up-to-date travel requirements.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
